We understand that things don’t always work out, especially in the world of online shopping. We try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for store credit or refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. If it is possible we may do an even exchange; however, we cannot guarantee the stock of items desired. Special orders and accessories are absolutely non-exchangeable and non-refundable.




Customers MUST send an e-mail to apostoliccompanyllc@gmail.com so a claim can be opened and the issue for your return can be recorded. Please note that items returned prior to speaking to an Apostolic Co representative and before opening a claim will NOT be credited. Our affiliates and suppliers have different return policies that we also need to comply with which are available on the product pages.


Please carefully inspect your product upon arrival. If you believe that you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days so the issue can be addressed promptly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags attached (if applicable). Only items that are returned: unworn, undamaged with no stains and/or deodorant of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume of any kind, unaltered, and no animal/human hair, within the 14-day return period, will be accepted. If the item does not pass our inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.

All eligible returns are subject to an $8.00 per item Restocking Fee. 


Final sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Returned items need a processing time of 2-3 days for inspection.


*Starting December 15, 2022, all Apostolic Statement Shirts will have a No Return Policy since these are made to order - unless they have a manufacturer's defect or the customer was given the wrong item. 

Anything purchased as clearance, on our "Last Chance" page, has a slash through the price, or part of our Promotional Sales is final. There are no returns or exchanges, store credits, or refunds - no exceptions. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Items returned that do not fall in compliance with our return policy will be rejected and will not be refunded or issued a store credit. You will be contacted via email within 5 business days of the return's rejection. 

Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded or store credit. 

 ** PROCESSING means the time it would take to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. Some items may not be readily available and would require longer processing time, such as Customized Items (up to 2-4 weeks for processing before delivery) or those stored at a different location. 

If your order includes a PREORDER item, we will not ship your order until that item is available. You can opt for partial shipping if you wish to receive the rest of your order earlier. Just put a note or send us a message when you place your order.

If your order includes CUSTOMIZED items like our Statement Shirts, dresses, and denim skirts, those will be shipped separately by our affiliate printers or tailors.



DISCLAIMER:  Customer is responsible for purchasing insurance protection. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Once the package is handed over to the courier, they will be responsible for ensuring the item is delivered to the customer. Apostolic Co. is not liable for lost/stolen/unreceived packages if tracking shows it was delivered. Because of this, please purchase shipping insurance with your order. It only costs a dollar and gives you 100% protection. 

IMPORTANT: Our Support team responds to emails within 48 hours. Please add our email address apostoliccompanyllc@gmail.com to your contacts to prevent our messages from being sent to your Spam/Junk folder.


Apostolic Co. offers free local shipping for approved replacement items. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on international exchanges, so customers will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to and from Apostolic Co.


For INTERNATIONAL orders (Canada, etc.) we can give store credits for returns on non-defective items (size exchanges, replacement requests), or the customer can pay for return shipping fees if they insist on replacements.
